-You can find agar powder
here on Amazon or sometimes you can find it in Asian markets or health food stores. Avoid agar flakes or sheets, as they require a different usage ratio and a different cooking technique.
-If using unsweetened non-dairy milk, add 2 Tablespoons of sugar to the ¼ cup already in the recipe for a similar end result.
